A neighbor. A steward. A fresh voice.

WHO IS JONATHAN KILDAY?

Jonathan Kilday is a Hamden resident and small-business owner who has spent his career building and running companies. He tends land and keeps bees here. He is not a career politician; he is your neighbor, running to keep Hamden's government honest and make it easier for every resident to see, reach, and take part in.

WHAT HE STANDS FOR

Fiscal Responsibility

Applying the same discipline that built his businesses and managed multi-million dollar projects to the town's finances: no waste, no surprises, and clear accounting to taxpayers. A simple rule guides it. Hamden never leaves money on the table, whether that’s a grant, a negotiation, or interest on the town’s own funds.

Transparency & Open Government

Making town information easier to find, and publishing fuller, clearer records of town board meetings. The current postings are too thin for residents to follow what is actually being decided.

Land & Community Stewardship

Protecting Hamden's farms, forests, the western branch of the Delaware River, and the town's rural character for Hamden’s residents today and the generations who come after.

Accessible & Responsive Leadership

An open-door office and a standing invitation to call or email. Local government works best when neighbors can bring concerns directly to the person making decisions and get a real response.

Hamden's future is a team effort.

Whether it's five minutes or five hours, there's a place for you in this campaign.

I'm rooted in this town, and I'm ready to get to work for it.
